Michelangelo’s slave

I realised that the things that inspire me the most when I create something have some sort of connection with drama, sorrow and suffering. I know it sounds strange but most of the time I can’t get inspired by things that are happy or a happy feeling or message attached to them.

The model I used here is one of Michelangelo’s slaves.
